Yu Hanxi 余含兮

Han Yu Xi nació en 1976 en Hunan. En la actualidad reside en Beijing y es un artista profesional. Aunque joven en edad, YU posee habilidades superiores y una técnica que han ganado las alabanzas de los críticos de arte. Sus pinturas de las personas de Xi Zang – Ubicada en la frontera suroeste de China, son a menudo de gran escala, pero perfectamente representado con detalles sorprendentemente realistas. A través de sus creaciones, YU describe las vidas de las personas y pone de manifiesto su fortaleza y resistencia a las duras condiciones de vida. En contraste vemos también un matiz de suavidad en sus temas, y se dibujan en la mística tierra de las tierras altas de Xi Zang.

Although young in age, YU possesses superior and highly technical skills that have won the praises of art critics. His paintings of the people from Xi Zang – located at the southwestern border of China, are often large in scale, but perfectly rendered with amazingly realistic details. Through his creations, YU describes the lives of the people and highlights their strength and resilience to the harsh living conditions. In contrast we also see a tinge of softness in his subjects; and are drawn into the mystical land of the Xi Zang highlands.
